Has extensive experience in M&A transactions, capital markets and structured financing, having advised both local and international companies. Has established solid relationships with private equity funds and other institutional investors.

Vinko has more than twenty-two years of experience between the financial and real sectors. Has represented leading international companies in asset and wealth management. Providing strategic-financial planning to entrepreneurs and companies throughout Latin America. Has worked on multiple private equity and venture capital transactions in Latam, playing a key role in business development and investment, structuring, fundraising, and negotiation.

Vinko is our Director of Financial Structuring, leads our financial analysis teams and oversees all mandate processes.

Carlos is our Director of Business and Projects, develops new business opportunities through our Project Division by providing comprehensive advice on infrastructure and energy projects throughout Latam.

She is a Lawyer and Specialist in Administrative Law, graduated from The Autonomous University of the Caribbean, Barranquilla, Colombia. She has expertise and specialization in Commercial Law and Corporate Governance.
Ana María worked at La Defensoría Del Pueblo in Colombia and has been a Legal Adviser to national and regional companies on issues related to commercial and labor law. She provides advice to our clients in all areas of business law including the establishment, management and administration of companies, advice on conflicts between partners and internal corporate reorganizations.

She has more than twelve years of experience and has focused on strategic advice based on sustainability; structure, operation and monitoring of projects in all sectors of the economy, applicable tax efficiencies.

Ana María is our Legal Director and has the experience and knowledge to advise our international clientele in regulatory matters with government authorities, financing transactions such as project financing, syndicated credits, structured financing, and implementation of guarantee schemes.

She is a Business Administrator having graduated from Universidad del Norte, Barranquilla, Colombia. She is currently working on a Masters Degree with an emphasis on Successful Entrepreneurship, at the Eleventh Institute, Monterrey, Mexico.

María José worked in Analysis and Marketing at Triario, Inbound Marketing Agency in Colombia. Leading different institutional accounts, including Ban Colombia. Implemented a digital marketing methodology for common goals, creating a positive impact on customer?s ROI.

Her experience has taken place in defining objectives and developing programs that strengthen the relationship of companies with other institutions, companies, public and private entities. Establishing partnership frameworks and agreements that reinforce the values and mission of their customers.

María José leads our Institutional Relations area and is currently responsible for the relationship and interaction with our clients across all digital platforms and creates strategic alliances with companies and institutions in the different sectors of the Latin American economy.

She has a degree in Business Administration from the Dominican University O&M., an expert in Customer Service. He has a Master in Business Intelligence from the Spanish University Unir. Helen has built a broad business and institutional relationship in the Caribbean and North America, managing great business opportunities in different economic sectors.

Helen has more than 12 years of experience in the real and air transport sector, acquiring extensive experience in international negotiation processes, which today places at the service of our customers successfully achieving the closures of their transactions.

Specialist in Teaching Harvard Case Methodology. Specialist in Case Writing at Harvard University. Adviser in Oratory to political candidates for the presidency, government and mayors of the United States, Mexico, Bolivia, Honduras, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Costa Rica, El Salvador and Spain. Billy has management experience in banking, oil, services and products in New Orleans, United States. In addition, he has academic experience as a professor at the bachelor?s, master?s and doctoral level. As well as, Postgraduate Management and curricular generation for design of master programs in different universities in the Americas.

María Victoria is the founder of the Spanish American Business Congress, a company recognized by the United States Congress. She has been the founder of different enterprises in the countries where she has resided in recent years such as Spain, Canada and the United States. Among other achievements, she is Doctor Honoris and causes for the social contribution and leadership in Latin America granted by Universidad Orageu. She holds an honorary doctorate in culture of peace and corporate social responsibility from Universidad Aquino de Bolivia and the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias e Informática. He received the gold necklace for world peace by the foreign minister of Peru.  Among his academic achievements is a Master in Coaching and Leadership from the University of Barcelona and the National Institute of Education of Catalonia. He holds a Master?s Degree in Training and a Master?s Degree in People Selection from the Chamber of Commerce of Madrid and the Autonomous University of Madrid.
